About our guest speaker:
We are delighted to welcome Rev. Scott Fischer as our featured speaker this month. Scott will explore how God never gives up on us and is ever in pursuit of us.
With more than 40 years of ministry experience, Scott brings a wealth of wisdom and perspective. He has served churches across the country, including leadership roles as Executive Pastor at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale, Arizona, and ten years as Executive Director of the Lancaster County Council of Churches in Pennsylvania. Scott holds degrees from Gordon College, Harvard University, and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, with additional studies at Princeton Theological Seminary and in Jerusalem. Scott is also actively involved in Men at Second, participating in our Pre-Game Bible study on Sunday mornings and serving as a mentor in The Journey, our new men's mentoring program.
Beyond ministry, Scott is an avid car collector/enthusiast who has judged prestigious car shows. He's also a passionate golfer who has worked at numerous PGA Tour events and more than ten U.S. Opens, including nearly a decade with NBC Sports and Golf Channel. Scott and his wife, Pam, have six children and ten grandchildren.
