February 27, 7 - 7:45 PM, Youth Suite East

Kate Booker and Scott Sweet are collaborating and hosting a one-time mindfulness event on the evening of February 27, from 7-7:45 PM. This is open to our neighbors, congregants, and our volunteers! They will be focusing on mindfulness tools, stress reduction techniques, and tangible ways to improve one's mental health. This will be an educational event, but there will also be time at the end for people to connect and ask questions. We are hoping to not only provide tools and education for people, but also a place to form community and make connections. Childcare will be provided.
