August 30 – October 4

Joseph K. Fischer enjoyed an active, successful career as an architect and pursues his lifelong passion as an artist. At first, watercolor painting was just a pleasant activity with no particular goal in mind. Then it grew into documenting family vacations and business trips in the form of sketches and plein air art on a regular basis. His current work in watercolors expanded during the recent pandemic due to working from home. Artwork by Joseph K. Fischer is on display in McFarland Hall now through October 4, 2024.
