HYMN #80 Jesus Walked This Lonesome Valley is a southern spiritual which portrays the humanity of Jesus. Jesus endured all the trials and temptations of life that
confront all human beings. To be sure, there are some thresholds in life we must cross by ourselves. We do so, however, in the company of friends, family and all humanity. We must walk this lonesome valley. No matter how alone we may feel, to endure and in whose love we abide.Jesus, too, walked this lonesome valley.
