Ms. Brinkman’s works invite us to prayerfully engage in a spiritual journey through the life, teachings, and Passion of our Lord Jesus, joining our own experience of Christ to those of the people who actually saw him. You are invited to use this guide to enter into the drawings in meditation as you move through the exhibit.

We suggest that you view the pictures in order, pausing at each one to read the scripture and comment the artist has provided. Take a moment to allow the scripture and the drawing to speak to you. Consider how they reflect – or are reflected in – your own life and experience of Christ. When and how was Christ first revealed to you? What is your response to that revelation?
