All are invited to attend our next installment of the Second Act Speaker Series on Wednesday, April 17. We are excited to welcome Second member and Ruling Elder Shadreck Kamwendo as our featured speaker! Shadreck will draw upon his experiences as the Director of the IU Health Congregational Care Network as he presents on the topic, "The Role of Congregations in Addressing Social Isolation: Invitation, Belonging, and Community."

The IU Health Congregational Care Network (CCN) launched in September 2020 to partner with congregations to better serve patients who experience social isolation and loneliness. CCN’s goal is to generate meaningful friendships, provide companionship, and facilitate access to community resources.

Lunch will be served so be sure to register in advance to enjoy a delicious meal. Click the button below to register online or contact Judy Jones at the front desk. Tickets are $15. Registration deadline is Monday, April 15.
