Living Faith
Sundays; 9 AM, Common Room
The more we bear witness to the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our broken world, the more we feel compelled to live out and act on our faith. This class explores various topics related to Christian faith and life in the world and seeks to bring biblical and theological education together with advocacy and action. It is coordinated by Dr. John Franke and includes sessions led by members of Second’s staff as well as outside speakers.
Fall Schedule:
- September 24 - October 1: Gratitude and Generosity
- October 8-29: Kenya Partnerships
- November 5: Victor Aloyo, president of Columbia Theological Seminary
- November 12-19: Andrew Whitehead, Associate Professor of Sociology, IUPUI
