As Executive Pastor, Karen oversees all pastoral staff and facilitates the ministries of the congregation.

Karen is a graduate of DePauw University and received her masters of divinity from Christian Theological Seminary. 

Karen is married to Richard Baker, who is the senior pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Dayton, Ohio. Together, they have a blended family of six adult children. 

Karen loves to spend time with family and friends, ride her bike, and drink coffee!
