In this friendly 1-hour class led by Second member Erik Young, we'll explain it in plain language, show how it can help with everyday tasks like writing, learning, organizing, and planning, and provide simple tips for using it safely and wisely.

About Erik Young: 
Erik has over 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, and process improvement. He is passionate about helping organizations operate better and scale faster. He currently heads up operations and the Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation team at Claritas.

As the founder and president of Prime Vector, he leads a team of experts who innovate repeatable processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Erik has a unique combination of skills and knowledge in business transformation, corporate operations strategy, and operations process improvement. He leverages Lean Sigma methodologies and tools to identify and eliminate waste, improve quality, and increase productivity. Erik has authored a book, “The Power of Lean Process”, and trains teams on how to apply Lean principles to various industries and sectors. He also has a strong background in entrepreneurship, having founded several startups and invested in others. He holds an MBA from Dartmouth College, where he was class president, and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is committed to serving his community and has been a board member of Riley Hospital for Children, Cheer Guild, and an elder and deacon at Second Presbyterian Church.
