Family Promise works to eliminate homelessness in Greater Indianapolis. The Apartment Shelter Program has expanded to house 24 families, and the Diversion Program works with 20 families at a time. Home Sweet Home, Family Promise's largest annual one-day fundraiser, returns for its 25th anniversary on September 26, 2024 at a new location!
More than 340 people came together last year to celebrate and support the housing programs of Family Promise of Greater Indianapolis, and we hope to grow even more this September!  Save the date to join us that Thursday evening to enjoy a silent auction, a gourmet dinner, open beer/wine bar, and the hallmark of the event — a delectable dessert auction.  All proceeds have supported programs like the Apartment Shelter Program, Diversion, and AfterCare — including the Family Assistance Fund of $250,000+ that breaks down barriers for families to secure housing out of homelessness by covering things like first month's rent, utility bills, even work uniforms and bus passes!  It will be a magical night, and we hope to see you there!
