This series gives you all the essential tools to make self-care attainable while connecting you with other parents who understand your specific challenges. Parenting a child with disabilities is a unique journey that requires strength, endurance, and resilience. According to research, up to 70 percent of these parents can experience burnout. That’s why it’s so important to care for yourself along the way. Join us for this uplifting two-part series where you’ll leave recharged and ready to take on your unique parenting journey.
