A GROUP DESIGNED TO CONNECT, SUPPORT, AND EMPOWER PARENTS RAISING KIDS WITH DISABILITIES.
This 8 session group is designed to equip parents with tools, resources, and strategies to personally thrive while navigating a unique and often challenging parenting journey. There will be a focus on building a community and support network during time spent together. Group sessions have an educational component and include materials. Flourish is co-facilitated by a certified coach and licensed therapist. The group is discussion-oriented and provides you with practical tools to reduce stress, gain clarity around your unique challenges, and boost energy. Learn, connect, share resources, celebrate successes, and be inspired and encouraged by other amazing parents.

She has over 20 years of experience serving families and children in various settings, including schools, community mental health centers, home-based counseling, medical rehabilitation, and hospice.
