Women in the Word

Women in the Word is a weekly gathering for women who desire an in-depth study of scripture, theology, and topics related to the history and practice of the Christian faith.

This Fall's Study:

Focus: Walking in the Dust of Rabbi Jesus by Lois Tverberg
Format: Explore the life and teachings of Jesus through the lens of His Jewish context, with guided reading and group discussion.

What to Expect:

Thought-provoking discussions rooted in Scripture.
A deeper understanding of Hebrew expressions and cultural insights from Jesus’ time.
Weekly reflection on key Scriptures tied to each chapter.

Materials:
Books are available at the class for $14. Please bring a Bible.
