September 9, 3 PM, McFarland Hall

Join Second Act on September 9th for our first monthly gathering of the new program year. From 3:00-3:30 PM, we will enjoy refreshments and celebrate September birthdays. (Yes, there will be cake! Do you have a birthday in September? Please be sure to join us!) At 3:30 PM, we will begin the programmed portion of our time together. As always, our gathering will include time for prayer and devotion, and a preview of what's ahead for Second Act in the coming weeks and months. Special for this gathering, we are excited to welcome first-year Lake Fellow Danny Carpenter who will share about his journey of faith and call to ministry. We will also welcome Executive Pastor Rev. Karen Lang who will join us to share updates and insights about what's happening at Second. If you cannot join us in person, we invite you to join us via Zoom beginning at 3:30 PM.

Second Act programs and events are geared toward older adults (generally 60+) but all are welcome.
