Second Act Monthly Gathering

Join Second Act on February 9 from 3 – 4:30 PM in McFarland Hall for our next Monthly Gathering! From 3 – 3:30 PM we will share fellowship time, celebrate February birthdays, and enjoy special music (more on this below!).

The structured portion of our time together will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We’ll hear from Senior Pastor Rev. Chris Henry and Second’s new Executive Director, Bianca Baird. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet Bianca and to learn about the wonderful work she has been doing in the months since she joined our staff!

The afternoon will conclude with a narrative presentation from Beatles super-fans Tom Ristine and John Scofield. Concurrent with the 62nd anniversary of The Beatles’ debut on The Ed Sullivan Show, Tom will share the transformative power of music in his life, weaving together faith and his love of The Beatles. (Note: Our 3 – 3:30 PM gathering time will feature live Beatles music played by Tom and John.) Invite a friend to this time of community and connection!

While Second Act programs and events are geared toward older adults (generally 60+), all are welcome to participate!
