November 24, 9 AM, McFarland Hall; 10 AM, Sanctuary

For second graders who were baptized earlier in life, this milestone event is an opportunity to "remember" their baptism. At 9 AM, second graders and their parents or primary caregivers will gather in McFarland Hall for a bagel breakfast and a workshop about baptism. Education will be followed by a ritual remembrance around the font during 10 AM worship. As we splash in the water, we'll all remember our baptisms, and second graders in particular will remember that they are on a journey to confirmation. Baptism was when God said "yes!" to them, and confirmation is when they get to say "yes!" back to God.
