This fall at Second, we are kicking off a whole new set of “milestone events” for our children. Set between baptism and confirmation, these events will help the children and the entire congregation remember that faith is a lifelong journey. It’s dynamic and forward moving, and milestones help us mark significant moments along the way.

At the First Grade Bible Workshop, first graders are invited to receive their very own Storybook Bibles as a significant milestone in their faith journeys. First graders and their parents are invited to a workshop where they will learn how to use their bibles, and then during 10 AM worship, first graders will receive their new bibles and be charged to use and love them! Please join us for this special time of faith formation and fellowship.
