Sundays, 8 AM, via Zoom

This class reads and discusses books that address significant social and theological issues from a variety of perspectives. This fall we will begin by reading Jesus and the Powers: Christian Political Witness in an Age of Totalitarian Terror and Dysfunctional Democracies by N. T. Wright and Michael Bird. All are welcome to come and join in the conversation on Zoom as we discuss this important book in the midst of a contentious presidential election season. The class will be led by Dr. John Franke.
