Dear Second Church,

As we look ahead to the celebration of Pentecost and the birth of the Church this Sunday, I am grateful for this church. Second Presbyterian Church, you have held faith together and followed the Spirit’s guidance with compassion for one another, care for our neighbors, and steadfast hope. It is with joy that we look ahead to where God is calling us in the coming months.

We will begin to worship as one for the summer months at 10 a.m. from May 30 through August 1. Children are always welcome!

There are so many upcoming opportunities to experience the Spirit as we live out our call to be a welcoming community of faith where Jesus Christ transforms lives. I had the chance to sit down and talk with Molly and Mimi Fisher, Rev. Mike Samson, and Patrick Pauloski about the many ways our congregation is coming together. We hope you will join us and invite others, as we celebrate this summer at Second.
