Tai Chi for Health

CLASSES BEGIN APRIL 3, 2019

Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise based on a series of movements shown to improve health and well-being. Tai Chi for Health is a form of Tai Chi modified to be a safe exercise practiced by a wide range of ages and fitness levels. Classes offered through CenterPoint Counseling and led by Ingrid Ritchie, Certified Instructor, Tai Chi for Health Institute.

Five Week Classes: $50
Fee due in full by March 29, 2019. No refunds for missed classes.

  • Tai Chi for Beginners
    This is the starting point for those that have never attended a Tai Chi class.

    Wednesdays: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
    or
    Thursdays: 9:15-10:15 a.m.
     
  • Practice Groups

    For those wanting to develop skills from previous classes while adding some new skills appropriate for the levels of those participating. (Must have taken any previous Tai Chi Class)

    Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30 pm
    Thursdays: 10:30-11:30 am
