Living Faith

Sundays, 9 AM, Room 356

The more we bear witness to the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our broken world, the more we feel compelled to live out and act on our faith. This class explores various topics related to Christian faith and life in the world and seeks to bring biblical and theological education together with advocacy and action. It is coordinated by theologian in residence, Dr. John Franke and includes sessions led by members of Second’s staff as well as outside speakers.

In the fall we will examine the biblical and theological framework that underwrite Second’s commitment to be a church for the city, as well as exploring practical ideas and strategies to actualize this calling in the life and ministry of our congregation.
