Today we welcome to our pulpit, the Rev. Dr. Allan A. Boesak, noted South African theologian, author, pastor and leader in the struggle against apartheid, He served as President of the World Communion of Reformed Churches for nine years. He holds the Desmond Tutu Chair of Global Peace, Justice, and Reconciliation Studies at Christian Theological Seminary and Butler University. Allan and Elna Boesak and their daughter, Andrea, are active in the life of Second Church.
