WHAT A WEEK! All across our city, our state, even beyond Indiana (!) the VBS memories with Second are being made! Just look at these faces! THANK YOU to our VBS Director Shannon Cox and all of our Virtual Volunteers! More than 100 children registered to participate AND 1,000 POUNDS of household food and goods were collected for Northside Food Pantry as this year’s VBS mission. THANK YOU, CATHERINE CARVEY! After nearly 20 years with Second, Catherine Carvey is heading into retirement! July 2 will be her last day … oh how we will MISS her! Known for her steady leadership and faithful work, Catherine has steered Second forward with compassion, dedication, and excellence. We invite you to send notes of gratitude and congratulations to Catherine (send to Martha Nommay at church) and cover her with prayer and love as she prepares for this next chapter. Praise be to God for this faithful steward!
